Complaint regarding non-delivery by DTDC

I have sent a courrier of my original Claim documents on 10th May 2021 through this DTDC Company which was supposed to be delivered at ICICI Lombard office of Hyderabad TS 500032.
When I asked the person when the parcel will be delivered he told in 4 days.
On 12 my parcel reached to Gachibowli Master Franchise and since then it is being shown in Transit.
Have called the customer service team multiple times 90% of the times call didn’t get connected and when it did they disconnect few times when it got connected the executives fooled me that the are looking into the matter and arranging a call back but as usual they didn’t I’m being mentally torchured by this as those are my original documents what I sent

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
