I ordered a shirt from the “shadesinc” page on Instagram for 1650/- on 9th April but still haven’t got my delivery. They told me that it will be delivered within 8 to 10 days for a normal delivery mode. I asked them for tracking ID repetitively but got no revert and instead got a rude reply asking me to wait. And for which I waited for 10 days without bothering them.
After the completion of 10 days right from the purchase date i.e. 19th April, I texted them again but still in vain as I got no reply. This went on for a couple of days and after repeated texting and asking them for a specific date for delivery, the company replied “28th April”. I then waited till the 28th of April and again texted them asking for my product which wasn’t delivered on the date they promised. Post this fiasco, they replied that my product was misplaced and they gave me two options: 1) Refund or 2) Wait for the shirt and they will airship my product without any extra charges. I decided to give them another chance and wait for my shirt.
And now, when I asked them constantly for the past 3 days and even calls which they didn’t receive to know about the whereabouts of my shirt, I got a reply “It is out of stock and you will have to wait till it restocks or choose another shirt”. To this, I replied that I don’t need any of the shirts and refund of my hard-earned money. For this, I get a reply “No refund can’t be done. We are giving you a choice. And you are acting smart.”
I urge you to look into this matter and file a complaint against @shadesinc on Instagram. I ask for my compensation and the mental torture I’ve been put through repetitively and the humiliating replies I got from them. As I can only add one picture below, I’m adding the last conversation of the chat on Instagram. I have other screenshots as well in case the authority needs any access to them. Awaiting your response eagerly.

I have faced similar incident from Shadeinc_ of Instagram. They are not returning my money (Rs.1650) and I have not received anything after my purchase on 25th May. They stopped responding after 25th May, though I enquired many times.
I have faced same issue and lost my Rs .3349 to Shadesinc_ , they abused me in messages when I demanded my money and aggogantly said you can do whatever you want.
This seems like a fake page but has huge number of followers. When I raised my concerns about missing address, phone no., no option of CoD etc., then they said they only accept orders through DM. I shared the screenshots of so many complaints on internet to which they said those are all fake made by competitors. I eventually did not order due to red flags.
I have faced the same issue with my order worth 3700. Kindly let us know what can be done about this
It’s a big scam. But they don’t know wrong deeds Ultimately have the worst endings. They don’t reply. They don’t deliver.

I am facing the same issue. I was made to may around 3700 in two installments. And now no reply for delivery status.

Exactly similar happened with me. Ordered the winter set for Rs.3600 and no reply since October 30th. Reported the page online but no use.
Shadesltd is a fraud on Instagram pls stop following them and also do not order anything. I ordered a product and paid 4000 inr and till date no product and repossessed received from them.

I recently ordered two sets worth 7500/- on 11/11/23 and they stopped responding from 29/11/23. This guy (Pxxxxk Sxxxxxi) is a big scamster as now his UPI ID, to which I made the payment, too is de-activated. I am not sure if the actual mind behind this scam is also Pxxxxk or someone else.
Reporting the page on Insta is useless as well.

I paid inr 8178 by upi jaintex276[@]Jio on 10 dec. we have been following up by email and instagram id . No response at all.. it’s fraud company’s
These type of companies should be banned and penal action should be taken.. we are going to report to cyber crime for such people.
On the mentioned date, I engaged in a transaction with the Instagram account Shadesltd_, operated by Mr. Pxxxxk Sxxxxxi, for the purchase of two sets of clothing. Despite the completion of the financial transaction amounting to INR 8179, I have neither received the purchased items nor obtained any communication from the vendor. This lack of response, coupled with the growing number of similar complaints reported by other victims on various online forums, strongly suggests fraudulent activity.

I have ordered winter co ord set from shadesltd_ on 12th january worth rs 3700,and not received till date. When I asked them for tracking Id they didn’t replied to my messages, this striked me that i got scammed. Even I messaged them to refund my money… And again no reply. Really disappointing

Shadesltd_instapage have bluffed me and looted 3999 rs, I paid them on the gpay ID of some jaintex expo under the name of chandrakant chaudhari, since then they haven’t replied, no tracking details were shared no insta audio call pickings, I repeatedly mailed them but no replies, the most worst part is that they have been bluffing so many women and still nothing has been done till date, everyday they are putting posts on instagram, there is zero action being taken against them, I think we all should join together and create a page against them. Make many other women aware of what has happened to us. This is fraudulence and they are not getting punished for that. We need to do something.

Same thing happened to me. I raised a complaint at consumer helpline(INGRAM) but they are asking to give the email address of the instagram account. Does anyone have any idea about that?
Similar issue has happened with me. My husband paid 3999 for a blazer set on 18th Feb. We did get a reply that it’s been sent. But later the guy became unresponsive. Does anyone have phone number of this person Pratik Solanki ?

Same happened with me. This guy is a cheat. Anyone has their mobile number? Such a bit mistake that I didn’t search about them before paying. I paid Rs.6900 and Pxxxxk Sxxxxxxi has not responded after taking the money. I only hope that all our hard earned money that he has taken from all of us, he never be able to enjoy it.
