Last 16 th April I booked a room from OYO ( property name: Green Leaf Hospitality) , booking no. When I reached the property, the owner didn’t agree to give me room at that price & ask for a higher price. Generally, I called customer care and talked with them for about 1 hour in the call but they don’t have any solution at that point of time. So, I ask them to canceled by booking and refund me as soon as possible the executive of the company informed me it’s will take 7 business days & I’ll get my full refund which i paid, I agreed, but after 10 days when they don’t refund my money I call back again to the company then they are telling that it’s will take about 14 days and they won’t full refund, they assure me within 14 days I get back money surely, today is 15 th day of this incident & I still not get back my money & they are blocking my so I can’t contact with them.
with a very hope I wrote this complain to this deparment please look into the matter & take necessary steps about this concern .
