Complaint regarding non-delivery by shadessltd on Instagram

On 27 January I buy 2 dress from shadessltd and pay via upi of amount 5599 they said they deliver on 30 jan but now they not answering my message it’s very bad that Instagram promote their channel aur give them followers and people trusted them and get scammed . Instagram should banned that kind of fraud pages so that people will not get scammed
