I booked mi yi1 phone by mi site dated 26.12.2017. By mistake i have mentioned incomplete address. So that why courier boy not provide me my shipment. Even they confirm my address & i am also request to him for deliver my shipment. But they told me that its our policy if address is wrong then shipment is return. But courier company hold my shipment in Delhi on 6 days. They are showing second attempt on wrong address for delivery. Why they are attempting on wrong address. After that they return my shipment & its reached on warehouse on dated 12.12.2017. But till now i have not received my money. Today 22.12.2017. 10 or 11 days going but no any response by company. After 4 days one month complete but nothing in my hand .. I want to do case on mi company regarding his courier service . Why his courier service attempt again if they are aware company policy.
