Complaint regarding non-delivery of nurserylive plants order

I had placed an order from nurserylive . com on 7th September 2026. 2 plants still remain undelivered even after sending them several messages via e-mail and WhatsApp. I tried to call them several times, but they did not respond. I asked them to refund the amount, but they didn’t reply to the request.

Kindly help me in resolving my issue.
