I regret the day I decided to buy an OLA Scooty. It’s not just a bad purchase it’s a lifetime mistake. The Scooty is unreliable, full of endless issues, and the so-called “service” is an absolute joke. Once you face a problem, forget about help OLA would rather leave their customers stranded and helpless than fix the issue.
The customer support is pathetic, unresponsive, and clearly doesn’t care if you’re stuck in the middle of the road. They’ll make you wait for days, give false promises, and then vanish as if your problem doesn’t exist. The Scooty itself feels like it was made to test your patience, not to ride smoothly.
If you value your peace of mind, your safety, and your money stay far away from OLA Scooty. They don’t care about customers; they just care about selling their faulty machines. I wouldn’t wish this experience even on my worst enemy.
