Complaint regarding order placed with Fisheshop

Fisheshop Fraud website and Fraud company . Value: 4138 paid

I have given the payment of Rs 4138/- by Phone pe as they said pre payment is required for sending the fishes on 6 June 2022 and my order id 4xxxx9. After that they stopped communication with me , never delivered the order and now not refunding the payment also and not picking the phone too . It’s totally fraud company cheating people . Strict legal action should be taken against them .

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
