Shipment Received on afternnnoon of 28th June at Velex UTN Branch, New Delhi. But without any delivery attempt or call received they have updated the remark of Road/Lane/Street Require.
I spoke trice to Customer care & call customer before attempting delivery request updated against this shipment but no response.
2 Years back same thing happened when i have applied for my wife PAN card, at that time i have collected from their north zone office which is very near to my residence but now it has been also shifted to some other location 1 year back but on company website still shows the same address ( Samalkha).
Please see & resolve.
