This is absolutely unacceptable.
I purchased a MarQ water purifier, installed on 2nd July, and it stopped working by 22nd July—just 20 days of usage. I registered a complaint on 24th July and was assured it would be resolved within 3 days. It’s now been 6 days and the issue is still unresolved. In the meantime, my family has been left without drinking water, relying on neighbours for basic survival. How can a company be so careless with a fundamental necessity like water?
Your customer care service has been appalling. The executives are rude, unhelpful, and repeatedly give false promises. Over the last 4 days, I have spoken with customer support countless times, yet not a single convincing response has been provided.
There is no callback facility, and when I finally reached someone from the senior desk, the call got disconnected in under 30 seconds. As expected, no one bothered to call back. I registered for a callback twice, was assured of a call from the senior team within 4 hours, and I’m still waiting.
Today, I was told I need to wait 48 more hours. Seriously?
This is not just a service failure—it’s harassment.
I am officially escalating this now.
I have included the Consumer Forum, Flipkart grievance redressal teams, and relevant government authorities in this communication. I am prepared to take this legally forward if the issue is not resolved immediately.
Here’s what I expect:
Immediate return pickup and a full refund. I no longer want this faulty product or to deal with this unprofessional brand.
A formal written explanation for the complete failure in support, delays, and false assurances.
