Complaint regarding poor service by Xpressbees

I have ordered from first cry website they assigned xpressbees courier compnay to deliver my order at my doorstep. i got a call from courier agent naman on my mobile number on 22/11/2018 stating that i have to pick my order from a pick up point as they cant find a parking space near our office( just for refrence we receive courier everyday from all companies like dtdc, vichare, amazon, trackon, maruti etc and never heard from anyone that we have to pick from a pick up point because of parking issue) i informed that we recieve everyday parcel and never faced such a problem its your duty to deliver at our doorstep that’s what we have paid for but suddenly i received an sms from courier company that consignee has refused to accept order…i called up ther customer care number and raised a complain for the same(complaint no : 10174201) they apologised for the same and informed that it will delivered within 48 hrs, but i again got an sms today 23/11/18 stating that i refused to accept the order i again called up their customer care and informed that i have not refused to accept in-fact i have not got any call or no courier delivery boy has visited so can i refused to accept plus it all paid parcel, there tele executive Mr. joyce said that its your problem if delivery boy cant find a parking for his bike you have to collect at a mutual pick up point to collect as he will not deliver to your doorstep because he cant find a parking for his bike……my question is when i have paid for doorstep delivery why i should go to a pick up point and pick my order just because the delivery boy cant find a parking porblem(which i have heard at this area) and when i have not refused to accept my order still company claim that i refused to accept the order

    My parcel still doesn’t delivered and we can’t track also the exact position, last tracking was 5 days ago showings. Contact no also doesn’t work . Most horrible experience

    I have placed my order on ajio on 26 Jan 2023 . But I haven’t got it yet . In morning they send me otp and in evening they just cancel the delivery without even calling and say that I wasn’t there to pick up my parcel . And they did this 3 to 4 time . I am losing my patience. Horrible service .
