Complaint regarding poor service from Samsung for washing machine

Service is not provided offer said date by the Service center. Not justify why the 4E and DE errors come again and again. Arrange service by well-trained and well-qualified Engg. it is assured by sumsung before three days. Product Motor is Under Warranty and it is samsung priority to provide service to the label of customer satisfaction. Blamed me did not pay the charge. on behalf of this, provided the job sheet & bill but samsung did not provide the solution. Taking the side of the service centre but not asking them to provide justification. Itseems that samsung also have some lack  while providing service centre in remote area.
