Error in Capturing data which affected Cibil Score

I have taken a loan from United Bank of India college street Branch in the month of July 2017. In the Month of October -December 2017 they have reported that the payment was delayed by12 days but the amount was present in my account which is affected my Cibil Score. When i informed about the same they suggested that it is system issue and it will be rectified after that I made number of emails but no response from them. this is affecting my Cibil Score and due to this I am facing problem while taking loan now.
