Complaint regarding recharge for Hathway cable connection

Hathway cable recharge. Value: 450. sir, I am following hathway since three month for recharge of my connection but local vendor is asking money for not using service of three month.my account number is 10xxxxxxx1. i complaint many time on portal but they closes the complaint by saying issue resolved but issue is pending . I write mail to nodal officer but no solution.please look the matter.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
