Complaint regarding refund from Amazon for damaged product

I had ordered Ajay Hasorikar Wall clock online on Amazon on 26/07/2021 , it was delivered on 30/07/2021. When the packing box is opened, the watch glass is completely broken. We Amazon Co. He applied for replacement but he didn’t respond. He called Customer Care and told him that the replacement order had been cancelled and he agreed to refund the order by pickup, but to date the delivery boy has not arrived. Even though we are calling Customer care 3-4 times, we have to take appropriate action to get justice and get our refund money.
