I am writing a complaint against unauthorized loan company Sonali Jibon cooperative socitey ltd

regarding unauthorized overcharging and unfair practices concerning my loan and hidden processing fees, inflated interest.

Refund from Yepme.com – Rs.1046/- Amrita Seal of New Alipur, West Bengal (Email: amrita.seal88(at)gmail.com) had ordered Two product in Yepme.com (online shopping) worth Rs.1046. Yepme mailed Mr. Seal that since the product was out of stock they will refund the money. However, till lodging the complaint with ICF on 05-12-2012 he did not receive refund. Prestige Grinder servicing by TTK: Naveen Kumar, Vaanagaram Road, Athipet, Ambattur, Chennai, Tamilnadu (Email: naveen_5050(at)yahoo.com) had bought a prestige grinder on 16th July 2011. From the day he was having problems with the machine. He many times but he was not getting service from Prestige. Refund from Shopclues – Rs.1,328/-: Ms. Ankita Jadoun, Jaipur 302020, Rajasthan had purchased a mobile from shop clues model Nokia 5233 but received wrong product with all accessiories damaged, charger was not connecting to phone. She complained several times to shop clues but they refused support. The customer posted her complaint at ICF on 31-03-2017 and the matter was taken up with Shopclues. Replacement of Micromax mobile by lalajionline.com: Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one. Refund from Air Asia – Rs.14,036/- : Mr. Soumavo Sarkar of Bangalore 560083, Karnataka booked 2 tickets with AirAsia for 14th June 2020, flight number – I5-1982 via website happyeasygo.com. The total ticket costing was Rs. 14,036.00. However on 30th May, 2020, the airlines cancelled the flight due to operational reasons and customer got the confirmation on registered mobile number with no confirmation about the refund.
