I am from Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh. i bought BOAT AIRDOPES 800 intersteller blue from flipkart. it worked proparly for around 11 months but after that left earbud stop working. since product is under warranty claim period, i applied for it. But due differnce in date entered and on receipt difference they rejected my claim and said file that claim again . but after trying to file claim again their site does not allow to claim warranty until 120 day.
so i tried to connect with agents of boat on customer care on 18/08/2026 . He said your all issue will be resolve and you get acknowledgement within 48 to 72 hours, but after 5 days their is acknowledgement i have get.
After trying to contact with agent regularly each agents are saying to wait for 1-2 days but no progress is being shown.
