Complaint regarding refund from Happyeasygo

I contacted Happyeasygo to reschedule a flight which was cancelled due to lockdown. They demanded extra charge of Rs 3320 which I paid through the payment link send by them. After payment I got a mail saying that flight can’t be rescheduled as tickets are cancelled by airline and you will receive the refund for the booked tickets. Moreover they add the refund of Rs 3320 has also been initiated from their side. The payment was done on Nov. 29.I waited for many days but still I didn’t get my refund. I contacted the customer care but every day there are different statements from them. Some day they say refund is complete, you check from your bank side. Other day they day it is under process. Now I am tired of calling and sending emails to these frauds.
