I wish to complain regarding refund from INDIA IVF Clinic
They had agreed to refund INR 20500 advance paid by us post deductions since we did not proceed with their suggested services as we identified certain hidden costs which were earlier mentioned as cover under the service.
They had been promoting 1st consultancy as free. However, the have charged us for the same.
We had also filled the required forms from their side and provided a cancelled cheque as was required.
However, It has been 15 days and the refund has not been processed.
Every day they are giving me new excuses like someone had weekly off, or it is under process etc.
Yesterday they told me it is processed but the transaction did not reflect in my account. When I reached out to them, now they are telling me it will be done next week.
So they are taking me for a ride every day.
I request the consumer forum to kindly help me get my money back and ensure that such thugs are not able to fool other people.
I would be waiting for a speedy response.
