I would like to file a complaint regarding services from Sulekha.com.
A representative named Kxxxxxn, claiming to work at the Sulekha Shivajinagar office, contacted me multiple times in May and convinced me to purchase a business lead generation package worth ?11,800. He assured me that I would receive at least 1–2 quality leads daily, and even connected a fake “satisfied customer” to build trust.
However, after the payment, I received almost no leads. I followed up with Sulekha customer care, and they redirected me to another person named Rxxxxxh who made changes to my account but still no improvement. Later, I was contacted by Mxxxxxxh from their “concern team” who made offensive and disrespectful remarks like “Go beg in the streets if you want leads.”
Now it’s been almost 3 months, I haven’t received the promised service or any refund. The sales executive Kxxxxn who sold me the package has completely stopped responding.
Sulekha is refusing my refund request, saying the “refund period has expired,” despite the fact that the service was never delivered as promised. This is clear cheating and misuse of consumer trust.
I request you to take strict action against Sulekha.com and help me get my ?11,800 refund.
