Complaint regrding poor service from Spectranet

I used Spectranet Broadband connection for my home since 2016. My Spectranet Customer ID No. is 1xxxxx7. The plan that I had adopted was a pre-paid quarterly subscription. On December 22nd, 2020 I send them a request through email to disconnect my spectranet connection . After receiving my my request, they issued a token No. on the same day. Next day a Spectranet representative called me on my registered mobile number to collect my feedback on the service and acknowledged my request. I had already paid them for the subscription of the last quarter than ended on 27th December 2020. I switched off my router on 26th of December 2020 and did not use the Spectranet service since then. Yet I received the invoice for the next cycle and repeated messages and phone call to pay the amount for the next cycle. And finally they sent me a message this morning that reads, “Your Spectra services have been barred due to non-payment.” There is no question of barring the service as I had requested them to stop the service 17 days ago. This accusation of non-payment is completely baseless and highly derogatory. Spectranet must apologize and withdraw this message and issue a fresh message that says the subscription ended without any further due.
