Defective Sanyo TV from Amazon vendor, no support

I have purchased a Sanyo tv from Amazon. It has been so many days since, I have got no technician visiting (either from Sanyo or Amazon) my place, even afater numerous complaints and calls, for the issue of tv not working properly/ shutting off on its own/ applications misbehaving/ no hdmi ports working. (i can share the call recordings if needed).

Every time, i am just told that a technician will visit my place for the issue, and, on the date promised for the technician visit, they simply say that i will have to wait for some moe days. This is not just 1 time, but multiple time.

Also, Sanyo cc does not have their own product description or details with them. When you call them, they just give you few 3rd party service centers numbers to be contacted. Half of the numbers do not work/ they dont answer. Even when they answer, you get an answer like this, “look! I am just a receptionist here. I dont know anything”. You never receive a call pertaining to the issues faced even after multiple follow ups. Its just a cheating business. Please do never buy any panasonic/sanyo products (yes, sanyo is a subsidiary of panasonic) nor from amazon. You will regret it, just like me!!!
