I am NRI and residing in UAE.. I got whatsapp message through subhmangal Matrimony headed by Mr. Sxxxxr and shared me few profiles, saying that they are interested in my profile. As I selected 1 profile and then she asked me to choose plan. After making payment of Rs. 15000. They are not responding at all and demanding more money to upgrade. They shared me all fake profiles, as when I asked them to approach with couple of profiles on that they never turnout. Now no body is responding at all. And also they created my profile as a free member in navjodi Matrimony (sister concern co.), not provided me any payment receipts. If needed I can provide payment receipts received from payment channel. My main intention is that these type of fake sites to be closed down and punishment. So they do not play with emotion of others innocent people. Thanks and regards

If this is genuine complaint kindly send the payment screenshot first of all. Second thing is there is no client in such name who made payment from UAE and paid 15k. Third our team always creates a group for NRI clients keeping me in loop. If anyone trying to manipulate clients putting fake complaint i dont think you are so wise fellow and you get anything worth doing it. I never mind people like this but client always thought and keep negative things in mind. So if you are a paid customer please mention your number or contact on my number seven six seven eight four six eight double nine five. Hope you can connect on the same number and before you connect please upload or send the screenshot of the payment details in which account you made payment. Dont tell me you dont have all that details or dont tell me you dont have time to do this. When you paid share the evidence before you trying to manipulate people. So please stop doing this.
There are many competitors in the market who trying to do such things. But i damn sure you are not one of our paid client. Kindly read the website link properly and then put complaint. If you are right client connect with me for service. Refund is not applicable for 3 or 6 months plan if you avail anyone of those. Hope you can revert us promptly.

This is true. I have also paid them 5k rupees . This is company provides false marrigae promises. Complaint is about subh mangal matrimony and not shubh mangal. Please be aware.
Aniket you paid 5000 for 6 months online service so please dont rush behind someone which is not your concern. Its very easy to start targeting someone without mistakes and now a days people easily trust comments made online whether its genuine or fake does not count but they feel and stay happy writing all the shit online. you did not paid for assisted service so you are not on the same page. you have no idea about this. if you would have taken assisted service then you must have received the proper service and you would not be there here.
Hello Mr. Aniket you have paid for 6 months online service and that cost you 5000 which is clearly mentioned in the website so dont give false information to people. This service you only have to work yourself where we have given you access to view the profile numbers and chat facility which you supposed to do everything yourself. No relationship manager you will get. The RM service comes for indian profiles are starts with 10,000 INR for till marriage and for NRI 3 months 10k only.
So because of this post if anyone changed their mind without knowing the fact its their fault we cant help for this. Everyone should know the right things to decide. Cant just seeing anything randomly online and cant decide and go for any decision based on wrong complaint. A wise person have to decide going things deeply. All matrimony have positive and negative reviews. This is human tendency that they ignore positive things and catch only negative side.
Rani Pxxxxxxxxy (Ph # 91 78xxxxxxx2) send me 3 profiles by whatsapp. Not sure how she found my number, may be through other matrimonial websites. I live in USA. She says once I paid Rs 10,000 she will send me the contact number in 10-15 min. I paid Rs 10,000 and she never send me the single contact. Just realized they are all FAKE profiles. They even send you the picture of a girls which are not the matrimonial candidates.

We have already assigned relationship manager for your service. As you have not registered for till marriage service so you all have to do is your ID have to register in our portal but you have not done this yet. How come you will get the things as per your need. And for all who is responsible to tell. we are responsible and we did that and sent you over email by your RM. payment confirmation email and the profiles also shared by them. But you have not replied anything on that. how come we consider your complaint like this. Moreover, you have escalation point to confirm us. You have all helpline number in website but without discussing with us you chosen and decided company is wrong.
