Complaint regarding non-delivery by shadesinc page on Instagram
I ordered a shirt from the “shadesinc” page on Instagram for 1650/- on 9th April but still haven’t got my delivery. They told me that it will be delivered within 8 to 10 days for a normal delivery mode. I asked them for tracking ID repetitively but got no revert and instead got a rude reply asking me to wait. And for which I waited for 10 days without bothering them.
After the completion of 10 days right from the purchase date i.e. 19th April, I texted them again but still in vain as I got no reply. This went on for a couple of days and after repeated texting and asking them for a specific date for delivery, the company replied “28th April”. I then waited till the 28th of April and again texted them asking for my product which wasn’t delivered on the date they promised. Post this fiasco, they replied that my product was misplaced and they gave me two options: 1) Refund or 2) Wait for the shirt and they will airship my product without any extra charges. I decided to give them another chance and wait for my shirt.
And now, when I asked them constantly for the past 3 days and even calls which they didn’t receive to know about the whereabouts of my shirt, I got a reply “It is out of stock and you will have to wait till it restocks or choose another shirt”. To this, I replied that I don’t need any of the shirts and refund of my hard-earned money. For this, I get a reply “No refund can’t be done. We are giving you a choice. And you are acting smart.”
I urge you to look into this matter and file a complaint against @shadesinc on Instagram. I ask for my compensation and the mental torture I’ve been put through repetitively and the humiliating replies I got from them. As I can only add one picture below, I’m adding the last conversation of the chat on Instagram. I have other screenshots as well in case the authority needs any access to them. Awaiting your response eagerly.
