Complaint regarding non-delivery by Magicpin

I am a Magicpin user and on 2/09/2020 I placed an order around 6:33 pm via magicpin from Golden Bake & Cake worth rs 297.90 and I got the confirmation for the same. Then as I was tracking the app for the further steps it said that order is dispatched around 7:00 pm and rider number was there too. Then after half n hour I called the rider but the number was not reachable and the merchant shop was only 15 mins away from my address. Then I called the merchant for the same and he said that my order has been dispatched before 30 mins then I waited for 10-15 minutes more but I nighter I get any call nor my order then in the help n support section on magicpin I submit the complainant that where is my order then I got a single reply from magicpin that they are looking into it n please bare with us little bit more and after that also I didn’t receive any reply or any confirmation on my order that where it was ? Then I called merchant for the same he said rhat he doesn’t have magicpin customer care number he can’t help me out in the same then I again tried to call to rider n then he picked up and said that he doesn’t have my order as he is on off duty then after few minutes I received a call from another rider around 8:00pm and I was about to pick up the order but suddenly rider said that he got the confirmation to cancel my order on his phone and now he couldn’t deliver the same, I asked him that I already paid the bill you can deliver it to me as there is no payment pending for the same but he denied and went back.

I again asked on help support on magicpin for the same but there was no response and during this I really suffered a lot As I wasn’t getting any appropriate answer from anywhere and I didn’t receive the order as well. I was expecting the response from magicpin but  no response was there from their end. Then again I called the rider n till the time he was in the offic and he pass away my phone to team leader n that person said that he is the vendor n he also cant help me out in the same as he also doesn’t have any customer support of magicpin. I asked him who cancelled my order when I was waiting for the past 2 hours then he said in the system it shows cancel and in that case qe can’t deliver that rhen I asked about my payment then he said Magicpin will refund the same after the complaint registration then again many times I submitted my complaint on magicpin app but when I checked the app shows that my order is delivered than I submitted my complaints many times that why its cancel even if I didn’t do that and was waiting fro the same and if it is cancelled then why it’s shows delivered on the app and to whom ot got delivered but there was no response from their end. Today morning I marked the same complaint then I got a single reply from magicpin that in their system logg it shows delivered and sorry for the delay and give us opportunity to provide the service again, Thank you. Is this the customer service Magicpin providing to their customer ??
Again I marked a complaint that please read my concern carefully and give my payment back. I am completely dissatisfied with their services and their response too. Not able to understand the customer concern and no value for the customers time, no support system was there to help the customer concern f there was s an issue and mainly highly dissatisfied with their response on my concern. Kindly take an strict action on it and pay compensation for wasting my time and for no customer value as well
