Goibibo not refunding after train ticket cancellation

Irctc has been cancelled this train 04652 due to which I am unable to travel .but they travel completed. when irctc send msg fuel to train cancellation your ticket amount1340 has been refunded to your service where you ticket is booked. kindly contact.

Second sir I will try book ticket in bus then ticket is not booked but they taken full charge but still they are not refund my amount (697 two times deducted sir)

I request to you plz refund my train fare and bus fare approximately 2900 rupes
