Non-delivery, no refund from Fisheshop.com

I ordered Live fish from Fisheshop.com. Order on 1st November 2020. Full payment of Rs. 880 (including shipment fee) is made via online and receipt already shared with fisheshop team. i was continuously following-up for the delivery, first two three times they used to respond my message and telling the order will be reached in 3 days and so. But from last one month no response from the fisheshop.com for my messages and calls, they are online and reading my messages but no reply for my questions. If they are unable to process my order, Please refund my money back. Order #: 15378 Thanks

    I have the same experience with them. I even enquired with them about delivery before I placed my order and they have provided all kinds of false promises and once I place my order no response from them. I have placed my order on 11th December and haven’t received any updates after that.
