Parcel not delivered by DTDC

Parcel not delivered by DTDC. Value: 1800. I have booked a parcel in DTDC from pondicherry to delhi on nov-19-2019. the parcel is not delivered till 19-feb-2020 and the customer support people is not giving proper answer. now they are telling the parcel is lost.
