Parcel not delivered by DTDC

Parcel not delivered by DTDC. Value: 1800. I have booked a parcel in DTDC from pondicherry to delhi on nov-19-2019. the parcel is not delivered till 19-feb-2020 and the customer support people is not giving proper answer. now they are telling the parcel is lost. Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
