Pathetic Internet Connection and Service

I live in new panvel(w), khanda colony, navi mumbai. i have bought 1 year prepaid plan 15 days ago. The connection is pathetic. Its very unstable and not at all usable. My plan is 50mbps but it only give 5-10mbps. After continuous call they say they have resolved and all they do is restart the mac connection. And after few hours the connection gets slow again. After repeated calls and messages they have now stopped receiving my calls and replying my messages. Its been 2 days i have been calling them non stop. Although i see them online on whatsapp and even their mobile number comes busy. But still they ignore us now. I am completly fed up. My mistake was to get a full year prepaid plan and now my money is stuck with them. Please help.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
