Phone sold with invalid warranty period by PayTM vendor

I purchased a mobile phone XIAOMI Note 3 in Paytm website on 16th Sep 2016. (I purchased this mobile for my brother Bill is on his name).

With this mobile, I have faced the technical problems ” No voice calling” & ” huge noise in the speakers “.
Furthermore I could not make any voice calls from this device. This device is faulty. I started facing this problem from 4th march 2017 onwards, a date which comes under promised warranty period by Paytm.

Immediately, I went to XIAOMI Service centre on 6th March 2017. However, Xiaomi service centre refused to undertake warrant repair of my mobile phone based on the grounds mentioned below:

1. As per IMEI Number present on the device, this device was manufactured by XIAOMI on a date later than the date mentioned on the bill.

2. The bill provided by Paytm is invalid as it not having barcode & TIN number.

Details of the XIAOMI Service centre I have approached:
Media Mobile care, MG Road, Sanjay Palace , AGRA , 282002.

Immediately, I approached Paytm customer care on 1st 2017. Paytm care replied on 2nd April 2017 asking me to visit service centre once again to get the job sheet from them and share the same with paytm cust care.
Once again, I rushed to service centre to request them to generate job sheet & provide the same to me.

This time also service centre straight away rejected my warranty claim & refused to generate job sheet based on the same grounds as mentioned earlier.

Once again I approached Paytm cust care to convey the response of service centre.
Instead of resolving my problem, Paytm cust care gave me false replies.

What needs to be done?

1. I want my money to be reimbursed back immediately. Upon the receipt of he money, I will return back the mobile phone to Paytm.
2. Strong legal action must be inititated against Paytm for providing invalid & illegal bills.

Please do justice to a common citizen of India againt these type of cheating vendors.
