I have booked hotel bhagyodaya residency, bhilwara super deluxe room for one day stay through makemytrip online booking and paid through online before check in.
As per MMT policy for early check in & check out, you need to contact hotel for room availability. So, to confirm early check in at 6 am on 28/04/2017, I called hotel bhagyodaya residency that I will reach hotel at 6 am as per bhagyodaya hotel representative IF YOU BOOKED – SUPER DELUXE ROOM – I will allow you early check in at no extra cost. I have call recording of that conversation. As per his commitment, I booked room for one day stay at MMT. After booking at MMT, I called bhagyodaya residency to confrim booking that I will reach at 6 am, and hotel representative confirm the same that room is booked on MMT and you can arrive at 6 am.
When I reached hotel, representative said early check in not available because check in time is at 6 am. I told them that your representative has confirmed booking but he straight away denied it, so i gave him call recording but he denied room. I called MMT representative and he also didn’t bother about complain.
I told receptionist at my meeting is at 9 am, so I will leave room by 8:30 am and check out is on same day at 10 pm because I have returned bus booking to Ahmedabad.
I raised this complaint in MMT but they did not give any reason and denied refund.
Kindly help me to resolve this issue and get refund.
