Product ordered on 28 Nov 2021 not delivered by Flipkart

Hi Team, I order some grocery items of amount 1209 on 30th Nov 2021 from Flipkart, and that should be deliver by 2nd Dec 2021, since then I am following continuously they are giving me 48 hr time and every time my issue is deferred and not resolved. here is attached my conversation and escalation to grievance officer. However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
