Complaint regarding unapproved charges by HDFC bank

I have been charged on:
29/11 Rs.531
23/11 rs.1121
10/11 rs.715
17/12 Rs.28
These are the unapproved charges by the HDFC bank. Its showing in statement as ESC charges but when I called Tata Capital from where from personal loan is being deducted they informed they have not deducted.
I called the customer service and also visited the bank but they ignored my query. My issue was being handled by Personal banker of Manton Branch, Kolkata. He promised me that he will get the issue resolved by 20/12 but have make false promised and is now ignoring my calls and messages.
I didnt get an help. I need a proper explanation of the charges or the refund of the charges.

The customer service is useless and is of no help.

The charge on 17/12 is also not explainable as this is my salary account and this is no maintenance fee.  Also, I get 4 transaction fee free when I take out money from the other bank ATM.
I have raised a complaint about this and the complaint number is KLxxxxxxxx7 but didnt get any resolution.
I need an urgent resolution as this issue is ongoing for the last 2 months and this is not at all acceptable.
