I placed an order of juttis on 15th April 2019 but the seller was after me to place the order by 14th April 2019, On 15th I asked him if he assures me delivery of the juttis by 18th April 2019 as I have to wear it on 19th. I was assured of timely delivery followed by constantly nudging me over placing order fast and make payment beforehand by Mr. Vxxxxy. But, on the delivery date, Mr. Vxxxxxxy stopped responding to my messages and lifting my calls. What to do in such cases?

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
