Refund not received from Online Shopping Site (Kajal Kurti)

I have placed an order of 2 Kurtis on www[dot]kajalkurti[dot]com on 4th March 2020. Received the shipment on 6th March 2020. The product were not as described on the site. Also their quality and fitting was not OK so i returned both the Kurtis on 7th March 2020 itself through there own return pickup. (Courier : Xpressbees).

This shipment was handed over back to the seller on 13th March’2020 as updated by the courier on their website. So, I have got the amount back in my Wallet which can be transffered to my bank anytime ( as apprised by the seller over the call). So, I transferred the complete amount on 13th March’2020  to my account after deduction of some fees (thats ok). The rest amount is NOT YET RECEIVED. They claim that it takes 2-3 days to reach bank but today (21st March’2020) its been 8 days now. NOBODY IS EVEN RESPONDING FROM THEIR END.

I have maintained full conversation on whatsapp as a proof that I have attached herwith.
