Online order vide order for 2 items (Blue Capri & Black Capri). Delivered one item Blue Capri. Other item Black Capri not delivered yet. Complaint online lodged to their customer care email id & phone number too. Multiple reminders sent, but getting everytime response stating within 2-3 days issue will be resolved. Now almost 15 days passed. No resolution and NO response to mails/calls. Need resolution to deliver the missing item or arrange to refund the amount to that extent. No action update taken so far except standard text repeating almost 7 times against my mails. Order Number 17xxxx1
