I have placed an order with a seller in instagram under the account name of “maheshwari_sarees_786_”. Product: Saree
Amount paid as Cost: Rs. 2800/- (Rs. 2700/- item cost, Rs. 100/- delivery charges). Mode of Payment: Gpay to mobile no. 9669123924 , name Abrar RK. Placed order on 7th April 2023. Till date, today is 25th April 2023, item not recieved.
When asked about the dispatch, seller said that, item is dispatched.
After pressing more, seller shared a photograph of Blue dart courier service package with my name and a tracking ID on it. But, the tracking ID is not valid when searched in Bluedart site
