Regarding non-provision of benefits by Club Exotica

On 8th July 2025, I was called by Club Exotica company, there I was given a plan of 10 years in which every year there was 6 dinners free and 42 night stay and I was charged 1 lakh rupees for this, when I called for dinner, after a lot of trouble, after calling many times, I was given 2000 rupees for dinner, after that I asked for dinner two more times, sometimes they told me something, sometimes something else but in the end they switched off the mobile, I went to head office Ahmedabad to complain, there a madam named Kxxxxi promised not to have any problem in future, but this time also the same thing happened, after telling her many times Even after this the service was not provided, when they even switch off their mobile for Rs 2000 and do not give any answer then what will happen to my tour package, please give me my refund and take action against such company.
