I am a regular purchaser of Ajio products. I ordered 10 products through Ajio app. I was receiving all product one by one. On 5th Dec, 2022 I received 5 packages. I was happy enough to look over the dresses but unfortunately I found two of the products are missing from one of the Ajio package, order number #FN09xxxxxxxxx9 Tracking Id 30xxxxxxxx5. As per the mail and tracking I’d there should be three Kurtis but I found only 1. It is very horrible experience for me, and I am really very much worried because I already paid for it through Credit card.
Please consider my issue genuinely. Help me out with the products which has been not reached to me.
I am astonished to see that how a trusted brand like Ajio do such mistakes, I trust Ajio completely, I hope you will revert me soon and will not break my hopes.
I tried to contact ajio customer care executive but, call didn’t connected henceforth, I mailed but mail was also not sent, I don’t know what might be the reason, but I want early solution to the issue. Get to me back soon.
It’s my humble request to you as I am a loyal customer of Ajio please look forward to the problem at earliest.
