Complaint regarding No delivery, no refund from Jiomart

Amount debited order not confirmed and refund also not done. Value: 2722

I have made order through jio mart site on 11 and 13 Nov 22 for inr 1232 and 1490 (after discount) but the order also not confirmed and refund also not showing in their site. When I called customer care they confirmed debit and told refund will happen in 7 days but till date not received refund same has been escalated to cs head@ jio mart.com but complaint getting closed with out any resolution, communication or refund.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
