I ordered a women’s top (Vishudh Women Off-White Self Design A-Line Top, size M) from https://www.myntra.com/.
The product which has been delivered to me is stained. Myntra did not do proper quality check and delivered a dirty product to me. I raised a return and refund request with Myntra (Return ID- 4145010296).
However, my return has been rejected stating ‘quality check process failed’. The product contains original brand packaging, tags, everything. It is untouched.
I escalated the issue (IN20122519532388267459) but received no help regarding it. The case manager closed the issue disregarding the fact that they had delivered a stained product to me.
I request Myntra to completely refund Rs.659 and an apology for this harassment.
