Complaint regarding wrong charges by no

Dear team I had made a transaction on 27 th dec2020  the no app is not asked for any kind of documentation on my previous transaction while processing the transaction they provide an error that to fulfill the transaction i have to upload mu rent aggrement or else money would be reversed back to the souce they reversed the AMOUNT after deducting 1% as their charges if no transaction would happen why should they charges then they are con people there on the back of the fraud app kindly help me to refund the charges
