Jawa service center not giving bill

I replaced my bike seat cover at an authorised jawa service center, they kept the old seat and is not giving me bill for the new seat. When I asked they said it’s retail and can’t provide bill, then when I pushed they are ignoring an keep saying that they will give the bill but it’s been almost two months. I paid around 2,750

    I am a owner of jawa 42 and I completed my second service today ,but the service centre is not giving the invoices for the service which have done for first and second service . Service centre persons not giving proper response without service history and invoices how my vehicle will be eligible for warranty.
