I bought a Samsung monitor (LU28E590DS/XL) based on the information available on the site (Amazon India) and the product manual on Samsung website for the product.
It was confirmed that it is a wall mount monitor. On purchase and after numerous follow-up and delays from their side, Samsung says it is not wall-mountable. Refuses to refund / return product. The product site and manual continue to carry the information that it is wall-mountable. Here’s information of all the complaints i have made with Samsung.
