Delivery of wrong item against online shopping on facebook

Delivery of wrong item. Value: 2250. I ordered a dress online from Facebook. It assured me refund and return within 7 days. I got a wrong dress and thus, I filed a return complaint but now he is not replying neither anyone is coming to take the parcel.
