Termination of allotment of residential flat without notice

Complaint against BPTP Limited for abruptly cancelling the allotment without any notice. BPTP Customer
I booked a flat with BPTP Limited in 2013.

Property was booked in 2013 under subvention scheme. I was supposed to pay 20% at the time of booking at 80% on possession. Actually I have paid more than 40% till date. It was supposed to be ready for possession in 2015 but actually it got ready in 2021

BPTP Limited started demanding additional payments well before the completion of the property in 2019, which I did not entertain as the construction was far from completion. In 2020 and 2021, I faced multiple losses including the loss of my job due to Covid and we had to spend a lot on my father’s treatment, though he could not survive. Last year, I was also diagnosed with a medical condition that drained away significant mental bandwidth and finances.

I had apprised BPTP Limited about the same at their corporate office in CP, New Delhi. I had also requested for time till Sep-2022, which was verbally agreed upon. I have been receiving various reminders for the payments but nowhere was there any deadline mentioned. There was no mention of Termination in case of failure to pay by a stipulated date. There was no advance notice given of Termination.

On 16-Jun-22, I received an email from BPTP LImited containing the Termination Letter. The same had been attached herewith as pdf. I went to their office on 20-Jun-22 wherein team attended me. They expressed their helplessness in that regard. The excerpt of the discussion is contained in the trailing email.
