Cable Operator not solving issue since 1 week.

Please take a strict action against cable operator ‘Star Vision’. mulund ACC Road. He has asked several times to pay six months amunt and will give discount and after money paid, he is not attending complaint. My cable is not working since 1 week, it showing error ‘Channels not subscribed’. We have called him several times, but he is not picking up call.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
