Complaint against BlazeFlash couriers for delivering consignment at wrong address: Ms. Asha Kumari of Delhi had couriered a packet containing admission document (for National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) 25/1 Balewadi, N.I.A. post office, Pune 411045, India) and DD for Rs.25,000 through BlazeFlash couriers on 08-08-2009. Cancellation and refund from Tradus Rs.4,201/-: Akshay Bhat of Jharkhand (akshay[at]astra.xlri.ac.in) ordered one Casio Edifice watch from Tradus at a discounted price of Rs.4201/-. He was however not satisfied with the feedback on the product and wanted to cancel the product. Refund from Slocum Management – Rs.10,000/-: Mr. Ritesh Kumar of Serilingampally, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (ritesh.keshwathkar[at]gmail.com) paid a sum of Rs.10,000/- against an advance of Rs.20,000/- to Slocum Management Consultancy for YEP. However, later, he decided not to take admission due to financial problems and had asked Slocum to cancel his application and refund the sum paid by him. Refund from Paytm – Rs.350/-: Mr. Sanjoy Mohanty of Rourkela, Odisha purchased a wireless mouse from paytm on 24/12/2014 having order no 702357755 but found it was a defective one. Refund from IndiaTimes shopping – Rs.8,590/- : Mr. Nilay Nandy Majumdar ordered one Microsoft Lumia 535 from Indiatimes Shopping on 01-01-2015 vide order No.3004091356 at Indiatimes by paying full amount of Rs.8590/-. Refund from Neartion – Rs. 4,490/-: Mr. K Ramu of Naimnagar 506001, Andhra Pradesh ordered a product on nearton on 28/12/16. His order id was 2448248 and he paid by debit card amount Rs 4490/-. He neither got the product nor refund. He posted his complaint with ICF on 20-01-2017 and the matter was taken up with the parties concerned.
