Thanks to India Consumer Forum for taking it up promptly. However, Videocon needs to really correct its service mechanism. The fact that the issue is now resolved does not necessarily mean that I am now satisfied with the service.
Only silver lining I can see here is that there is an online forum that bothers to take up such issues. Kudos to you guys and wish that you keep up the good job.
